and now is in retail sales.
Corwin Keller
President
10 years experience. Started off reading blueprints, then moved up to a project supervisor.
Corwin became a residential new construction superintendent. Currently holds a journeyman's
license and several NATE certifications.
Michael Patomson
Service Director
17 years experience in HVAC service. Michael holds an associate's degree from Westside Institute of
Technology as well as several NATE certifications.

Production Superintendent
Supervise all the commercial projects and custom homes.
Jill Hall
Office Manager
Office Manager with 10 1/2 yrs experience in heating and air conditioning. Handle day to day operations
of the office.
Kim Patomson
CPO - Chief Personnel Officer
Handles accounts payable/receivable, insurance and group healthcare. 14 years experience
in the insurance industry.
Steve Pinegar
Residential superintendent for Hearthstone Homes
Steve is in charge of the everyday operations of Hearthstone Homes. Steve has 6 years of HVAC experience.
Jim Hall
Shipping and receiving Manager
Handles the tracking of inventory, as well as scheduling and routing drivers. Jim has 3 1/2 yrs experience in the heating and air conditioning industry.
Molly May
Service Coordinator and Accounts receivable
Molly handles collections and scheduling. She has been with our company since January of 2009, before
this she owned her own business. She is very good with personal relations and understands the importance
of owning a small business.
