Enclosed is a check for $5,579.00 for work and installation of York Heating and Air Conditioning system on June 11, 2007. Thank you for the patience and understanding of letting me get money from our reverse mortgage program transferred to my bank. I started the process right after the two gentlemen arrived to begin the installation and it was finally recorded into Wells Fargo's offers on Tuesday afternoon the 19th of June.
The two workers are to be commended for efficiency, quietness, and leaving the basement outside in tip top shape.
The two trash haulers and their miniature truck appeared to be magicians as the pile of trash ready for removal was ingeniously packed on their vehicle and hauled away.
My thanks to each of you that were involved from the first appraisal of my needs to the completion of the installation.
As an elderly customer and a woman, being treated as a competent person was truly appreciated.
